1. Data Sharing
The OV app does not share any information with third parties. Your data remains completely private.

2. Data Usage
The app does not access any data on your phone, with the only exception being the list of wallet codes, which are unique codes for e-tickets. These codes are stored on your phone when you add them through the app.

3. Special Features
The app may use two features on your phone:

• NFC Module: This allows us to temporarily disable the Google or Apple Wallet function when using an e-ticket in the app. This prevents accidental payment with another method while checking in.
• Screen Brightness: The app may increase your screen brightness when displaying an e-ticket. This ensures that the ticket can be easily scanned by public transport scanners.

4. No Ads or Tracking
The app contains no advertisements and has no tracking functionalities. We do not track your activities.

5. No Login Required
You do not need to create an account to use the app. The app can be used without logging in.

6. Target Audience
The app is designed for anyone with a smartphone who wants to use e-tickets from OVshop.nl, Public-transport-holland.com, or Mobizz.eu.

7. No Personal Identification
We cannot personally identify you as a user in any way. This is also not our intention.

8. Purpose of the App
The sole purpose of the OV app is to make the e-tickets you purchased from us available for an optimal travel experience on public transport in the Netherlands.
