Return goods and warranty

Public-Transport-Holland naturally strives for an optimal service for its products and shipping. If the product does not meet your requirements and you want, for whatever reason, to exchange or return, you can do this, as stated in our general terms of delivery, within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop will e for your own account. These costs amount to approximately € 1.65 per letter and € 6.95 per package, for the exact rates consult the website of your carrier. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur.

To exercise this right, please contact us via info@public-transport-holland.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Electronic products ordered for your Public Transport Chip Card such as (discount) – season tickets and / or travel balance can only be canceled if you have not picked up your order yet. The electronic product is therefore not yet loaded on your OV chip card. See also our general delivery conditions and / or our specific product delivery conditions.

Your product from Public Transport Holland is therefore unused, clean, complete, undamaged, in original packaging and sufficiently franked. Under ”Public Transport Holland ‘ all accessories are included. See our general terms and conditions for delivery.

You must inform Public Transport Holland in writing of your return in advance. You can do this by sending an e-mail to info@public-transport-holland.com with the subject ‘Return’. After receiving your mail we will confirm your return with a return number.

The registration and receipt of your return will be confirmed by e-mail within 2-3 working days. After receiving your return we will credit your order. See our delivery conditions. In addition to your order form, you can also print and send the revocation form .
